SMLEC Year End Award Program

The Show Me Little Equine Club will again have a Year End Award Program. The same point system will be used. Amateur and Youth classes will accumulate points on the exhibitor/horse combination. The points for the Open classes are accumulated on the horse only.

The funding for the program will come from many areas. Several of the club members have already pledged Platinum Sponsorships to the program. Nomination fees, fund raisers, raffles, and possible club support are a few more. The Nomination Fee is the only fee necessary to participate but if you would like to help support the Year End Award Program in any other way, please contact Diane Rogers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Owner of the horse must be a 2007 SMLEC paid member

Amateur and Youth exhibitors must own the horse (or an immediate family member)

Amateur and Youth exhibitors must be a 2007 SMLEC paid member

Amateur and Youth must submit a copy of their Amateur or Youth ASPC/AMHR membership card with nomination form.

SMLEC Membership Fees must be paid prior to the start of point accumulation.

Copy of Registration Papers MUST BE RECEIVED prior to the beginning of the show that points start accumulating!!

Nomination Form and Nomination Fees must be received by Diane Rogers

prior to the beginning of the show that points start accumulating.

HORSE SHOWS

May 12th & 13th - Arch View Stables - Belleville, IL - 2 Judges

May 26th & 27th - Show Me Little Equine Club - Columbia, MO - 2 Judges

June 11th & 12th - Royal Oaks Arena - 3 Judges

July 7th & 8th - Show Me Little Equine Club - Columbia, MO - 2 Judges

Submit a different form for each horse

Complete ALL information requested

Make as many copies of this form as needed

You MUST include a copy of your registration papers for your horse

You also MUST include a copy of your amateur and youth cards
